HRS Racing engine had a Fantastic start to the 2012 RGMMC Rotax European Championships.

In the Junior class Fazio Franssen finished a strong  3rd in the Final with his HRS Engine and stands 5th overal in the championship.

In the  senior class HRS has 3 drivers in the top 5 after the first  round. P2  Edward Brand P4 Josh Hart and P5 Shaun Slavin.

In the DD2 Class Xen De Ruwe Dominated Qualifying and the Heats with his HRS engine. Xen started pole for the Final but dident finish  after contact on the first lap.

Congratulations to Jordi Van Moorsel 1st Junior and Sandor Jakab on a fantastic 2nd place in senior.

Intrepid North America returned to action at the Florida Winter Tour a week ago and for the seventh-consecutive event had a driver on top of the podium – and despite boasting champions from the Pan American Challenge, SuperNationals and the Red Bull Kart Fight since its inception, the latest victory may prove to be the biggest one yet. In what trackside observers and internet buzz quickly established as being the toughest Rotax field ever assembled in America and one of the deepest in the world, rookie senior Jesse Lazare produced an absolutely epic win on Saturday just outside of Homestead-Miami Speedway.

The Belgian Xen Den Ruwe (Formula K – K Formula Europe – HRS Racing Engines) finished in first place in the final of the DD2 Rotax Winter Cup 2012 after a battle against his compatriot Jules Szymkowiak (Zanardi – G-Star Raw Racing) in the first part of the race. Attacks, intimidation and overruns didn’t stop the two men before De Ruwe gradually got away from the 8th of the 18 lap race to take First place.

Ben Cooper – 1st Kart Driver in All-Star Race with HRS Racing Engines.

In an outstanding night of action-packed racing under the lights before a standing-room-only crowd of 3,500 members of the racing industry, Jan Heylen won the 2011 All-Star division race at the Red Bull Kart Fight at PRI, Powered by Rotax. He drove a CRG kart for the CRG USA team.

Jay Howard drove an Arrow chassis for the KartSport-Arrow team to a second-place finish, while the UK’s Ben Cooper, fresh off his Senior Division win in Dubai at the 2011 Rotax Max Challenge Finals, charged from P16 to claim the final spot on the podium.
